The Government Operations Committee recorded unanimous 5-0 approvals on multiple transmittals during its Feb. 5 meeting. Approved items include acceptance of state aid with creation of a Program Supervisor and a 2026 budget amendment; appointment of Molly Pulinski as Program Supervisor with salary set; creation and filling of one full-time Social Services Investigator position; re-appropriation of Local Government Efficiency GIS Shared Services funds and submission of a grant application; renewal of the ESI Employee Assistance Program for 2026; amendment to Resolution 62-26 adopting the 2026 managerial/confidential salary schedule; and authorization to enter collective bargaining with remaining units not named in Resolution 63-26.
The committee also approved an authorization to set the hourly rate for an Election Office Assistant to match the early voting poll worker hourly rate and approved an authorization to amend the contracted services budget for the County Law Department. All recorded transmittals in the minutes show a 5-0 approval tally.
