Board Member Jack Lytle provided a brief operational note that work on the water treatment plant continues; staff member Aaron Averett reported that testing is underway. Jesse Platt gave a short construction update on the new clinic, noting immediate finishing tasks scheduled for the coming days. With no further business, Board Member Tippets adjourned the meeting at 10:00 a.m.
