Mayor Ryan Cheney introduced the council to the list of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects. Utility Superintendent Zach Fergus overviewed the items he included, City Engineer Brian Schuele reported changes to previous requests and City Clerk Sue Biltoft noted clerical edits. The discussion focused on which fiscal years the projects should be scheduled.
Council did not adopt a final CIP at the June 8 meeting. Staff were expected to reconcile edits and return with a refined list at a future meeting or during the budget process for formal scheduling and funding decisions.
