Selectboard authorizes Pinnacle School inspection, forwards wastewater bid to NHDES and approves Eversource pole replacements

During the regular agenda Town Manager Tim Stevens asked the Selectboard to authorize him to request a Fire Marshal inspection of the Pinnacle School; Ray Gorman moved to authorize the request, Greg Placy seconded and the motion passed. Stevens also requested authority to forward the single bid for the Wastewater Treatment Project (Kingsbury) to NHDES on the contingency of NHDES approval; Ray moved and Greg seconded and the board approved forwarding the bid. Ray asked whether change orders are permitted and Stevens replied they are.
Stevens reported multiple reimbursements and grant payments (TAP $133,688.61 pending; Water Well $138,209.66 received; Stonegarden $14,017.92 received; Studge removal $30,917 pending; Harvey Swell $428,999 in process; Northern Borders $14,462 submitted; Bear Rock $38,966.74 received). The board also authorized Tim Stevens to allow Eversource to remove and replace utility poles on Abenaki Lane, Route 26 and Hazen Road; that motion passed. Stevens said he will follow up about a new pole near Colby and Bridge Street.
