Powder Mountain organizers get council approval for Powder Beach July 4 event; local resident concerns raised

The council approved both event-related items in the April 16 minutes and again referenced events during April 30 discussion of signage; town staff and the planning commission will be involved in final permits and monitoring arrangements.
