At the start of the Feb. 19 meeting, residents raised concerns about locating public hearing documents online and about a gate blocking the temporary bridge at Winter's Grove. Liz Poulter told clerks she "had a desire to read the documents associated with the public hearing but was unable to find them online." Town clerks Nikki Wolthuis and Beckki Endicott showed Poulter where the documents are posted on the town website and reminded her that paper copies are available at Town Hall.
Poulter also raised a safety/accessibility concern about a gate blocking the temporary bridge at Winter's Grove; Kathleen Engstrom echoed frustration in finding documents online. The council acknowledged the comments and clerks said they would consider ways to make hearing documents easier to locate on the website.
