The board authorized handling of unsold, undervalued items by Winona County staff: on motion by Chair Josh Elsing, seconded by Lynn Zabel, the board instructed Ross Dunsmoor to dispose of, donate, or transfer remaining items not to exceed a total value of $200. The vote was 'Yes – All.'
The authorization covers alternatives for items that did not sell at auction and is intended to allow prompt disposition or transfer to partner SWCDs where appropriate.
