Commission discusses rental registry preparedness under Act 73; staff previews enhanced energy plan

Planning Director Tracy Bodeo told commissioners the Planning & Zoning Office is reviewing an enhanced energy plan that would provide the town more local control over large-scale energy projects, and said staff will bring proposals on a design overlay district in upcoming months. Bodeo asked commissioners to begin thinking about possible community projects the commission might pursue this year.
