Planning Commission adopts prior minutes, approves remote participation and closes meeting

Early in the meeting commissioners approved a modified agenda (motion passed 5-0) and separately approved remote attendance for Commissioner Sandy Davis by phone (motion passed 5-0). Later, the Commission adopted minutes from the Feb. 24, 2026 meeting (motion passed 6-0).
Chairman Jared Burner adjourned the regular meeting at 9:52 p.m. after Commissioner Catherine Grech moved to adjourn and Commissioner William Turner seconded the motion. Clerk Josh Hahn noted the next meeting will include two public hearings and staff follow-up items.
These procedural actions maintain the official record and set the timetable for follow-up materials requested by the Commission on the Shenandoah Speedway special-use permit amendment and the short-term rental ordinance.
