Commission discusses DRB staffing, alternates and shifting minor permits to zoning administrator

Curtis Carpenter was asked to consider bylaw amendments that could facilitate smoother permit approvals. The commission did not adopt any bylaw changes at the Oct. 8 meeting but requested follow-up work to identify precise bylaw text and permit categories that could be reassigned.
