Resolutions included: Resolution 02‑2026 appointing Kelly Otto as Secretary‑Treasurer; Resolution 03‑2026 naming First Commonwealth Bank, PNC Bank, S&T Bank, Commercial National Bank and Citizens Bank as township depositories; approval of attendance and expense reimbursement for supervisors to the PSATS convention in Hershey (April 19–22, 2026); and designation of the Delmont Salem News and The Tribune‑Review as primary and secondary legal advertising sources, respectively.
The board also set its regular meeting schedule for 2026 (monthly Wednesdays at 7 p.m.) and the Planning Commission schedule (monthly at 6 p.m.), approved a standard business mileage reimbursement rate of 72.5 cents per mile for 2026 (up 0.5 cents from 2025), and hired Sam White to perform the 2025 fiscal audit for $7,995. By Resolution No. 04‑2026 the board retained a third‑party inspection agency (Jobe Inspection LLC) to issue permits and conduct plan reviews under Ordinance No. 05‑2004. Separately, the board approved Resolution No. 05‑2026 modifying fees associated with on‑lot sewage disposal systems (fees not enumerated in the minutes). All motions were recorded as unanimous.
