Supervisors split over $8 million reallocation for repairs vs. paying for school design and CTE timing

Several members agreed that the issues could not be solved in a single budget cycle and that a framework would be required to balance repairs, expansion and programmatic needs. No funding reallocation or final decision was adopted at the work session.
