The commission also discussed operational steps to ensure the township receives a recorded plan: a completeness checklist would be inserted into the application and a deposit would be required at submission to be returned only after a recorded plan is received. Commissioners requested that the statement of purpose appear on the application so that abutting‑owner notice procedures can be executed, and they favored a 'yes/no' drafting requirement indicator rather than initials. Solicitor Falatovich explained the checklist logic, saying, "the reason is because if these are requirements there should never be a no." The commission set no final vote on the procedural draft during this meeting and will revisit the language after the solicitor updates the document.
