Resident "Connie" asked whether the solicitor had finalized the agreement and raised concern about approving documents that are not yet complete. Solicitor Falatovich responded that the agreements were getting into final draft form and that "There is no substance change." The motion to approve both agreements subject to solicitor finalization passed unanimously.
