The Salem Township Board of Supervisors unanimously enacted Ordinance No. 2-2025 at its July 16 meeting, approving the vacation and relocation of a certain unopened roadway off Mark Drive. The ordinance identifies the roadway segment between Westmoreland County tax parcels 57-12-00-0-006 and 57-12-00-0-007 and directs its relocation to the property of Penn Home & Farm, bearing Westmoreland County Tax Map No. 57-12-00-0-021.
The motion to enact the ordinance was made by Kerry Jobe and seconded by Ken Trumbetta; Supervisors Bob Zundel, Ken Trumbetta and Kerry Jobe voted in favor. The recorded minutes show the action passed unanimously; no members opposed or abstained. The ordinance was introduced under the administration agenda and will be recorded consistent with township ordinance-adoption procedures.
