Mike told the council he had received a replanting plan after packet publication and that the proposal includes roughly 177–180 replacement trees, many evergreen and fast‑growing, intended to restore the buffer’s screening function. A staff member described portions of adjacent parcels (including an abandoned house and neighboring properties) and said the planting will close visual gaps.
