Council approves Prothman contract to recruit city administrator, authorizes interim placement funds

Mayor Jenny Taylor said she intends to serve as acting administrator while staff secures an interim or permanent replacement. The motion to approve the contract was made by Councilmember Pat Rice and seconded by Councilmember Tina Van Pelt and was recorded as approved by the council.
