Council approves Iron Lung Ride, business license and park bottle‑filler funding

Council also approved a temporary business license for Rocky Mountain Aluminum Art LLC to sell aluminum statues in front of the American Legion for up to two weeks, and approved the Dale Grant Subdivision 4th Amendment lot line adjustment following an explanation by Dave Grant.
On parks infrastructure, the council authorized up to $5,000 for a drinking fountain and bottle filling station for Huntsville Park. TCM Jim Truett said two bottle fillers could be purchased within the budget. The motion passed on a roll‑call vote recorded as 4‑0. These approvals clear the way for the Iron Lung Ride, the temporary vendor, the subdivision recordation and procurement for the new park fountain.
