Dr. Bryan Huber, Superintendent of Page County Public Schools, and Tanya Miller, PCPS Chief Financial Officer, presented a local‑share update to the Board. They said the district’s finalized average daily membership (ADM) for FY2027 is 2,775 and that projected March expenditures left a FY26 shortfall of $619,182.74. They also identified $344,413 in unexpected capital improvement expenditures.
Miller explained that PCPS had $1,377,922.14 remaining in the FY26 Local Match balance and that the district would delay non‑critical expenditures until July 1, 2026. Dr. Huber and Miller told the Board they will return in June if additional funds are required and will provide monthly financial updates in the interim.
