Council appoints Jeff Breckel to fill vacant seat; swearing postponed pending resignation from Planning Commission

City Attorney Robert Muth told the council that the designated appointee would not be sworn in that night because he was still serving on the Stevenson Planning Commission and "will need to resign that position prior to serving on the City Council." The minutes record that the swearing-in was deferred pending that resignation.
