Thomas Road project awarded to G Rod Construction; construction management contract approved

Commissioners discussed the project budget and were told the bid pricing landed below the overall budget by roughly $80,000–$90,000. The motions to award and to approve construction-phase management passed by recorded voice vote with no dissents noted.
