Commission approves addendum to Beeler Consulting agreement related to Pratt Regional Medical Center

The commission reviewed and approved an addendum to the existing consulting agreement with Beeler Consulting concerning services to Pratt Regional Medical Center (PRMC). County Counselor Tyson Eisenhauer summarized the key provisions for the public.
Eisenhauer said "Pratt County agrees to pay the consulting fee, estimated at approximately $100,000, along with related project cost," and noted the county may terminate its participation with 10 days' written notice. He added the county will receive the same written reports provided to PRMC and may request in-person meetings with the consultants as needed.
Commissioner Rick Shriver moved to approve and sign the addendum; Commissioner Thomas W. Jones III seconded the motion, which passed 3-0. The action clarifies the county's limited contractual role is an addendum to an existing agreement rather than a new standalone contract.
