On the Sawyer natural gas project, Morgan reported preliminary final accounting shows the project is "significantly under budget" and that current schedules anticipate connection to the distribution system and pressurization in August, ahead of earlier timelines. She said discussions with the Kansas Corporation Commission (KCC) may be needed to determine whether remaining grant funds can be used for other eligible natural gas system improvements.
