Pratt County approves $1 raises for Community Corrections staff

The commission approved the pay increase by voice vote, and staff indicated the raises will be processed with the next available payroll cycle.
The presenter and commissioners also discussed how the Department of Corrections' contracting of a third party to reevaluate funding rules (a process expected to run through 2027 into fiscal 2029) affects county planning. County staff said the change in the funding formula could lessen the anticipated funding hit and that local agencies will continue coordinating on vehicle and probation staffing needs.
