The Sharon Herald did not publish the advertisements for the Public Hearing or Ordinance so those will be readvertised, and a public hearing will be held," the minutes record.
The re‑advertisement was necessary because the local paper failed to run the legal notice as submitted. The board voted to proceed with readvertising and to schedule a public hearing once the notice and advertising are corrected. No ordinance text changes were recorded at the meeting; the action was limited to approving advertisement of the ordinance and fixing the notice publication.
