Selectboard agrees to replace prior federal‑grant ethics policy with VLCT model Code of Ethics — first reading

The board voted unanimously to post the draft ordinance and bring it forward for formal approval at the next Selectboard meeting (motion by Julie Isaacs; seconded by William Schwartz).
No substantive amendments were recorded at first reading. The board followed its normal procedure of posting the ordinance in advance of a subsequent vote, and the minutes show the motion carried without opposition.
