The board moved to appoint Misty Bruce as the new substance use treatment representative after Sally Craig submitted her resignation; Jim Lyon made the motion, Sheri England seconded, and the motion carried.
On March 18, 2026 Jim Lyon reported receipt of a resignation from Mallory Riley, the JFDC defense attorney with 1st Monument Law. Judge Kim Hoff said she will contact Kyle Ferris and Nolan Thomas to seek recommendations for replacement defense counsel. The board moved to accept Riley's resignation; Jim moved, Bonnie Volk seconded, and the motion passed.
