JFDC told to expect state award letters; peer reviews scheduled through 2026

Campbell County JFDC was told award letters from the Wyoming Judicial Council should arrive by the end of March; peer reviews will be completed by the end of 2026 and the state treatment-court conference is set for July 8–9 in Casper.
Jim Lyon reported that the Wyoming Judicial Council met March 9–10 and that award letters for treatment courts are expected by the end of March; Jim said he will distribute the award letter to the board when he receives it.
Jim said peer reviews are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026 and that Campbell County JFDC has not yet been contacted for a peer review. He also noted the state conference is set in Casper, Wyoming from July 8–9, 2026. Jim observed that the program makes use of local partnerships: "this program board and team do an excellent job and that this program works with and utilizes a lot of community resources and agencies such as Workforce Service for employment, Gillette College for HiSet, etc.", citing 'Kurt's Korner' discussion of key component #10 about forging partnerships.
