Wagoner County adopts 2One6 policies, approves veteran MOU and related facility contracts

The Wagoner County Board of Commissioners on April 20 adopted Resolution No. 2026-051, approving the 2One6 Facility Policy Packet that includes a Meeting Space Use Policy and a Co-Working Space Policy for the county-owned 2One6 facility at 216 S. Broadway in Coweta. Commissioner James Hanning made the motion, which passed 3-0.
The board also approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Disabled American Veterans for veteran-focused events and services at 2One6, a cleaning services agreement with Jan Pro, an equipment lease with LFS, LLC for a Sharp BP-71C31 copier, and a maintenance-service agreement with Lakeland Office Systems for copier maintenance and supplies. The county approved purchase of soundproofing materials for the Executive Session Room from Amazon for $2,906.81 and recorded that Chris Potter will install them. All motions passed unanimously. A motion recorded in the minutes states: "A motion was made by Commissioner Hanning and seconded by Commissioner Kelley to approve and adopt Resolution No. 2026 051 adopting the 2One6 Facility Policy Packet, which includes the Meeting Space Use Policy and the Co-Working Space Policy for the County-owned 2One6 facility located at 216 S. Broadway, Coweta, OK."
