Kingston council approves digital signage, new general fund account and banking access

During routine business the council approved three administrative financial measures. Members voted unanimously to permit installation of digital signage in the city after a motion by Payton Silvers and a second from Patresha Northgraves.
The council also approved opening a new General Fund account (motion by Payton Silvers, second by Reggie Applin) and granted Treasurer Grayson Brown access to the general banking account for positive-pay (motion by Payton Silvers, second by Kate Posey). All three motions carried unanimously and were recorded in the minutes.
