Staff said the county has received roughly $1,600,000 in these funds since the program began and described prior uses of the funds, including rebating taxes and paying for professional services related to economic development. The form must be completed by July 31 to be eligible for the next allocation.
Commissioners approved the judge signing the form and reiterated that any expenditure of the funds would come back to court for approval.
