The commission approved the final plat for Blocks 7–10 of Berkland Addition, located on the west side of Lake Campbell. Staff reported the final lots exceed the 20,000-square-foot minimum and will meet non-lake setbacks of 25 feet front, 25 feet rear and 8 feet side; access is proposed from 468th Avenue.
The motion to approve passed on a roll-call vote (Paulson/Clark) with a unanimous 9–0 tally of present members. Findings of fact were placed on file.
The plat had previously received preliminary approval on December 3, 2024; no public proponents or opponents were recorded at the April 7 hearing.
