Emilee Miller, Legislative Clerk, told the Government Operations Committee that she has increased transparency efforts by coordinating with staff to display meeting dates and times on the county building’s exterior electronic sign and interior televisions, and by sharing QR codes and Facebook posts linking to agendas, minutes and audio. Miller indicated those efforts are intended to improve public access to county meeting materials.
The committee accepted the report as information and adjourned the meeting at 3:34 p.m.
