Commissioners accept Motorola project milestones for radio-system upgrade, authorize payments

James (county communications staff) said the system is operational for networking and that the RF simulcast portion is expected to come online around mid-April if final checks and payment processing are completed.
Commissioners and Motorola representatives discussed schedules tied to ARPA reporting and grant deadlines; the court accepted the milestones and authorized payment on a 5-0 vote.
