Courthouse elevator out of service; HVAC reported running well and exterior renovation complete

Derek Hagan, the courthouse renovation project manager, said the floor in the Commissioner/Council room will be inspected on Wednesday and that exterior renovation work is complete. The board did not take formal action during these updates; they were presented as operational status items during the meeting.
"HVAC is running well. Meagan and Betsy are doing routine maintenance on units," Westfall said, and she also stated more bluntly that the "elevator is not working."
