Commissioners adopt amendments and resolution changing wind energy road-use agreements

Pluimer also presented a resolution to add roads to the road-use agreement with Blackford Wind Energy, LLC, authorized as Resolution #2025-R6. Commissioner Laura Coons moved to adopt the resolution; Commissioner John Lancaster seconded and the board voted 2-0 to adopt it. The board then accepted a related Amendment to the Agreement Regarding County Roads and Drains between Blackford Wind Energy, LLC and Blackford County on a separate 2-0 vote.
