The meeting record lists additional attendees including Kimberly Mullen, Kendra Moore, Dahlita Tracy, Paul Wood, Jackie Todd, Joey Hatfield and Shirley Herring. A motion to adjourn, also moved by Mayor Dickey and seconded by Meyer, carried 5-0; the meeting adjourned at 6:36 p.m. The minutes are signed by Steve Dickey, Chairman, and Shirley Herring, Secretary.
