CJCC approves minutes, elects officers and adjourns; Judge Clark to remain chair until retirement

At the March 18 meeting the council approved the November 19, 2025 and January 20, 2026 minutes. Paul Hoch moved to approve the November minutes, seconded by Josie Koenigs; John Hadley moved to approve the January minutes, seconded by Josie Koenigs; both motions carried.
The council also approved filling CJCC officer positions for a one-year term as presented. John Hadley moved to elect the slate, seconded by Josie Koenigs. The minutes record that Judge Clark will continue as chair until his planned retirement on Jan. 1, 2027; Craig Brooks declined the vice chair position and Gina Rieck was named treasurer, with CJS staff to serve as secretary.
Paul Hoch moved to adjourn the meeting; John Hadley seconded the motion and the meeting adjourned at 12:26 p.m.
