Planner says EEP draft nearly complete; regional breakout and aging-in-place chapter remain

Sean (speaker 7) presented a status update on the Enhanced Energy Plan, saying the draft is nearly finished except for a required PSD regional-breakout section. He told the commission he expects the breakout and remaining edits to be finished in the next 15 days so the plan can be plugged into the full document.
Sean said he had reached out to staff at "2 Rivers Ottokichi" to help draft an aging-in-place chapter and that the EEP material will be combined into the town plan. He cautioned the adoption target of Aug. 20 might be tight and said the commission may need to move the hearing if the breakout and associated edits are not complete.
