Zuckerman told the board the plan currently has approximately 12 large claimants (one of whom has termed) and that two of those claimants have hit the stop-loss threshold, including the termed claimant. Board members asked clarifying questions about trends and drivers; the figures were presented as part of the packet attached to the minutes.
