Parsons stated the county previously provided a drop box near the Sheriff’s station during COVID for voter convenience and that returning a ballot at a secure location is similar to entering the Board of Elections office. The motion to set the fee at $100 was moved by Commissioner Parsons and seconded by Commissioner Alice Yoder.
