CRA reappoints two advisory-board members; realtor leader invites public to housing symposium

Raphael invited the public to a bilingual real-estate education symposium at the Quality Life Center on Oct. 19, with the first 50 attendees eligible for a prize drawing. Separately, Dan Olberski thanked the CRA and council for efforts that have supported housing opportunities, citing recent outcomes such as a Habitat award.
The meeting closed with attorney Shepherd noting a state of emergency declaration that triggers statutory extensions on certain deadlines; Shepherd said staff will prepare guidance for developers and the public explaining how those extensions operate.
