Doug Goracke gave economic development and utility updates: he conducted several business retention and expansion visits, is working on loan documents and is looking at a grant for water improvements. In the Utility Department report he said downtown water work continues, the next phase of preinstalled water mains is being charged, grid grounding is close to finished, Farabee finished concrete work and generator units are in place; the minutes also note several water leaks without giving a count or locations.
