Commissioner Judy Dodge moved to recess the Regular Meeting at 9:52 a.m. to an executive session to discuss appointments, dismissals, promotions, resignations, discipline, pending litigation, employments and economic development; Commissioner Mary A. McDonald seconded and the board voted unanimously — 'Ms. Dodge, aye; Ms. McDonald, aye; Mrs. Rice, aye; Carried.'
Minutes show the executive session addressed personnel matters and that Michael B. Colbert presented personnel actions (class changes, demotion, suspensions, voluntary terminations, promotions, transfers and regular appointments). The session was called to order at 10:11 a.m., adjourned promptly, and the Regular Session reconvened at 10:12 a.m. On reconvening, Michael B. Colbert distributed an information packet from Information Security titled Policy No. 2.14 on employee usage of artificial intelligence. Commissioner Rice adjourned the meeting at 10:17 a.m.
