Council approves $425,000 transfer from Buck Creek Watershed account and three small community grants

After the transfer item, the clerk presented three community-benefit awards: $1,000 to Kind Keeper Inc. for animal food and medication, $1,000 to a high-school cheerleading team for uniforms and equipment, and $2,500 to Beautify Carolina Forest for mowing and median supplies. Council approved the grants by voice vote.
