CRA board approves $45,086 facade grant for 2011 Bayside Parkway coffee shop

The recording secretary read the motion recommending board approval of a commercial property improvement matching grant for Bear Roots Holding Company. Mr. Coleman moved the motion and Vice Chair Holloway seconded; the board called the question and the item passed by voice vote.
The approved work list included parking-lot repairs, wood accents, planter boxes, landscaping, fencing and exterior demo related to old vents. Mr. Colon noted the grant is a concept-level approval tied to reimbursement of eligible invoices and capped at the approved amount.
