Public works’ first request to transfer $245,000 from road project funds into unassigned road-improvement funds (leftover from 2025 projects) was approved, and the board also authorized a $2,140,000 transfer from unassigned road-improvement funds into road project funds to cash-flow 2026 projects.
The meeting record shows motions and seconds recorded by name on several items (for example, “Motion, Horton” and “2nd, Nichols” on public-works transfers), and multiple items were adopted on unanimous or voice votes recorded as “Aye” and “Carried.”
