The motion was offered by Branen Weade and seconded by Buck Minyo; the board voted by voice and the motion passed.
Sealed bids are due April 24, 2026, at 4:00 P.M.; staff will open bids on April 27. The minutes indicate the Community Action Commission will be involved in outreach or coordination related to the sealed-bid offering, but do not include minimum bid amounts or listing conditions in the minutes.
