The Kingsburg Joint Union High School District Board of Trustees discussed the first draft of the district's Facilities Master Plan, prepared by Teter Inc., during its Nov. 17 meeting. Superintendent Dr. Ryan Phelan told trustees the final report will be on the agenda for approval at the December meeting.
Board members asked questions about next steps and noted that the district is coordinating with a landowner/developer on the Traver Project; Phelan said the landowner requested a meeting with district staff to discuss progress as both parties advance the project. No formal action on the plan was taken at the Nov. 17 meeting; the board scheduled final consideration for the December meeting.
The Facilities Master Plan item appears in the board packet as a draft and is identified for final approval in December. The board's discussion does not record a vote or changes to the draft on Nov. 17.
