The board approved Resolution 2026-281 to accept minutes from the April 28, 2026 regular session and Resolution 2026-282 to adopt the day's agenda. It also approved Resolution 2026-283 authorizing increases and transfers of appropriations for various departments. The appropriations actions included a $181,707.14 increase for Project-2025 Asphalt Resurfacing, a $2,880 increase for Contract Projects—Ditch Improvement (CO#1—Ditch 2152), and a transfer of $520,000 from an unappropriated GT&MV account into Contract Projects GT&MV.
The commissioners awarded the 2026 lawn maintenance contract (Resolution 2026-284), approved a payment request to Wessler Engineering for $9,738.75 related to the Pleasant View Wastewater Treatment Plant (Resolution 2026-285), and approved advertisement of bids for the 2026 Pavement Marking Program on behalf of the County Engineer (Resolution 2026-286). The board also approved several intra-fund transfers and increases to cover postage reimbursement (Resolution 2026-287) and authorized a purchase order edit list and travel requests (Resolution 2026-288).
